Lee has been a 'High Tech' guy all of his career. But underneath the bits, bytes, packets and memory is a really interesting BBQ guy with a twisted sense of humor. A native Texan, Lee always had the desire to be a writer, a cook, a weatherman, a musician and a PitMaster. Having accomplished just about all of these, he figured it was just time to sit down and write a book. But it couldn't be any ordinary book. It had to be funny, sad, challenging and bring together multiple topics into one literary piece. And this is how 'Slow Smoked Success' came to be. Motivated by caffeine, cashews and country music the book took a little over a year to complete, however it can be read in 1 day. Enjoy!
